This policy explains what Precious Coast Cleaning LLC ("we") collects through preciouscoast.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or a walkthrough, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or city, business name, details about your home or space, and any notes. We also note the website that sent you here (for example, Google) so we know how people find us.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. This site does not use cookies.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, schedule and provide cleaning, and keep simple business records. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Google, which stores form submissions and our email
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- A notification app that alerts our phone when a request comes in
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Do Not Track
We don't track visitors across websites, and we don't allow third parties to do so on this site, so we don't change anything in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, email office@preciouscoast.com or call (760) 750-0579.
Children
This site is for adults arranging cleaning services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
