Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
It covers what landlords and property managers usually check at the walkthrough: inside the appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards, and floors. The deposit decision is up to your landlord, so we can't promise it, but if anything on our list was missed, call us and we'll make it right.
Does the home need to be empty?
Empty is best, so we can reach inside closets and cabinets and along every baseboard. If some furniture or boxes will still be there, tell us when you book.
What's the difference between a move-out clean and a deep clean?
A move-out clean is a deep clean plus the inside of the fridge, oven, cabinets, and drawers, which you can only reach once the home is empty. In a deep clean, those are $45 to $50 add-ons.
What cleaning products do you use?
We bring two kits: a standard cleaning kit and an eco-friendly, pet-friendly kit. Tell us which one you'd like when you book. We also carry products made for sensitive surfaces like marble, slate, travertine, and other natural stone.
Do I need to be there?
No. You can leave a lockbox or door code, or have your realtor or property manager let us in. We'll confirm access when we call.
