What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, and floors. A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, light switches, cabinet fronts, blinds, window sills, and detailed scrubbing of tile, grout, and fixtures. Choose a deep clean if it's been a while since the home was professionally cleaned.
How much is a deep clean for a 3-bedroom house?
Most 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes run $285 to $345, before add-ons like the inside of the fridge or oven. We confirm a flat price by phone before we start.
Is the inside of the fridge and oven included?
Not in a deep clean. Add them for $50 each, or inside the cabinets for $45. All three are included in a move-out clean.
Should I get a deep clean before regular cleanings?
If it's been a while, yes. A deep clean gets the home to a clean baseline, and recurring standard cleans keep it there for less: 5% off every 4 weeks, 10% every 2 weeks, or 15% weekly.
What cleaning products do you use?
We bring two kits: a standard cleaning kit and an eco-friendly, pet-friendly kit. Tell us which one you'd like when you book. We also carry products made for sensitive surfaces like marble, slate, travertine, and other natural stone.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave a door code or lockbox. We'll confirm access when we call.
