Most standard cleans for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home run $145 to $175. Typical ranges by service:

Recurring standard cleans save 5% every 4 weeks, 10% every 2 weeks, or 15% weekly. Move-out includes the inside of the fridge, oven, and cabinets. We confirm a flat price by phone before we start.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, and floors. A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, light switches, cabinet fronts, blinds, window sills, and detailed scrubbing of tile, grout, and fixtures. Choose a deep clean if it's been a while since the home was professionally cleaned.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer certain products, let us know.
What cleaning products do you use?
We bring two kits: a standard cleaning kit and an eco-friendly, pet-friendly kit. Tell us which one you'd like when you book. We also carry products made for sensitive surfaces like marble, slate, travertine, and other natural stone.
Do I need to be home?
No. Some clients leave a door code or lockbox. We'll confirm access when we call.
Is the online estimate the final price?
It's a close estimate based on what you pick. We confirm the details on a short call and give you a flat price before we start.
